Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of

• Information provided during the process of enquiring about or hiring a marquee,
  spares or accessories, or sales of used marquees.
• Information provided to allow us to deliver the goods, or the contract.

We use the information that you have given us in order to process your order, collect payment, arrange delivery and discuss sales opportunities linked to events, as well as sales of used marquees and accessories.

We may share some of this information with our partners. This is limited to delivery name and address details, and the contact telephone number.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation – these details form part of the hire or purchasing contract.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep the contact details and purchase information for six years. We will then dispose your information by deleting contact details from our sales and marketing system.
